Technology Sustainability Committee

Technology Sustainability Committee

The Technology Sustainability Committee proposes and maintains guidelines and policies for handling PACSCL’s digital assets. The Committee sets strategic directions for shared infrastructures and partnerships with PACSCL members, and will consult with other PACSCL committees on the financial and personnel implications of technology used. The Committee maintains an inventory of PACSCL’s digital assets, articulates their current and anticipated future needs, and plans for the sustainability of core assets. The Committee publicly hosts guidelines and policy documents to help PACSCL organizations and partners best manage the full life cycle of their digital projects. Through this work the Committee aims to empower PACSCL members and project teams to support their digital assets and projects through the creation of shared resources and infrastructure.
